Our Cubs recently went on Cub Vs Wild camp, full of many exciting and challenging activities at The Lea Scout Camp. We held the camp jointly with Sandford Cubs. The cubs cooked their own Lunch on an open fire, went on a Tiger Hunt to take photos for their Photography Level 1 badge, built shelters, and walked to the top of the hill. Several of our activities were tied in with the 'Save the Tasmanian Devil' campaign, including a special visit by Gabriella Brown who is researching the disease at the Menzies Centre, and the cubs also made Devil placemats and masks.
